Solara Active Pharma Sciences Q1 FY27 Results: Net Profit Rises 55%, Revenue Jumps 19%

Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd. reported a strong set of consolidated results for the first quarter of FY27, driven by healthy revenue growth and improved operating profit. However, the company’s EBITDA margin declined slightly compared to the same period last year.

The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹381 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹320 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a robust 19.1% year-on-year (YoY) growth. The increase reflects improved business momentum and stronger sales performance.

At the operating level, EBITDA rose to ₹61.9 crore from ₹57.0 crore a year earlier, marking an 8.6% YoY increase. Despite the growth in operating profit, the EBITDA margin declined to 16.24%, compared with 17.87% in Q1 FY26, indicating pressure from higher input costs or changes in product mix.

The company’s consolidated net profit (PAT) increased significantly to ₹16.3 crore, compared with ₹10.5 crore in the same quarter last year, representing a 55.2% YoY jump. The sharp rise in profit highlights improved bottom-line performance despite margin compression.
