Aarti Industries Q1 FY27 Results: Net Profit Surges Over 3.5 Times, Revenue Jumps 42%

Mumbai, July 30, 2026: Aarti Industries delivered a strong performance in the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated net profit rising sharply on a year-on-year basis. The company also reported healthy growth in revenue and EBITDA, while operating margins improved during the quarter.

Aarti Industries reported consolidated net profit of ₹155 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹43 crore in the same quarter last year. This represents a jump of around 260% year-on-year, meaning the company’s quarterly profit increased more than threefold from the year-ago period.

The company’s revenue stood at ₹2,387 crore, compared with ₹1,680 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue therefore increased by approximately 42% YoY, indicating strong business growth during the quarter.

 

Aarti Industries EBITDA rises 80%

 

Aarti Industries also recorded a significant improvement at the operating level. Q1 EBITDA came in at ₹382 crore, compared with ₹212 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering growth of around 80% YoY.

More importantly, the company’s EBITDA margin improved to 14.54% from 12.65% a year earlier. That represents an improvement of nearly 1.9 percentage points, suggesting that the company managed to convert a larger portion of its revenue into operating earnings.

The combination of strong revenue growth, higher EBITDA and improved margins helped Aarti Industries deliver a substantial increase in its bottom line.
