Tyre giant MRF Ltd reported strong financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY25, posting a 31% year-on-year (YoY) growth in standalone net profit, alongside its highest-ever dividend payout.
MRF Q4 Results: Key Highlights
- Q4FY25 Profit: ₹498 crore, up from ₹380 crore in Q4FY24
- Revenue: ₹6,944 crore, up 11.7% YoY from ₹6,215 crore
- EBITDA: ₹1,043 crore
- EBITDA Margin: 15%, up from 14.3% in Q4FY24
MRF Record Dividend Announced
MRF’s Board of Directors declared a final dividend of ₹229 per share (2,290%) for FY25. This is in addition to two interim dividends of ₹3 each paid earlier in the year. The total dividend for FY25 stands at ₹235 per share (2,350%), the highest in the company’s history.
“The Company has declared a total dividend of ₹235 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025,” MRF said in a regulatory filing.
MRF Share Price Reaction
Following the strong Q4 performance and the record dividend announcement, MRF shares surged nearly 4%, gaining ₹5,035.60 to trade at ₹1,40,000 per share on the BSE.
